Former WMBA Player named NCBWA Hitter of the Week

DALLAS, Texas (April 14, 2017) The National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association (NCBWA) announced its National Players of the Week for the week ending April 11 and Central Missouri's Justin Graff-Rowe was honored as the Hitter of the Week.
The Waterloo, Ontario, Canada native hit .650 with a double, three home runs and 13 RBI over five games last week. He slugged 1.150 and had a .682 on-base percentage. Graff-Rowe went 13-for-20 at the plate, had at least one hit in every game and had two three-hit games and a four-hit game. He scored six runs, raised his MIAA-leading batting average to .441 and his on-base percentage to .497.
Founded in 1962, the NCBWA is dedicated to the advancement of college baseball. Membership is open to writers, broadcasters and publicists of the sport. Members receive a membership card, directory, newsletter updates and official votes in the Howser Award Player of the Year, Regional Player of the Year and NCBWA All-America voting. The NCBWA also sponsors preseason All-America awards, publication and writing contests.
