House League Registration Update (effective April 10)

This season, we have seen record enrolment numbers, the likes of which have not been seen since the Blue Jays fever of the early 1990's.

As a result, KWMBA has increased the number of diamonds and teams for House League in order to accomodate as many players as possible.

Unfortunately, time and space for baseball are still limited resources within Kitchener-Waterloo. As a result, we have had to cap our House League enrollment for a number of age groups.

The House League registration is now full EXCEPT for some space left in the following age groups:
Major T-Ball (born 2010)
Midget (born 1998-2001)

All other age groups are now full.

WAIT LIST DETAILS:
Any registrations that were made AFTER the program became full will be placed on a wait list. If your player has been placed on the wait list, you will be notified by NO LATER THAN April 25th.

If you do not receive notification that your player has been waitlisted, please ensure that you attend House League evaluations on April 29th (details to follow) so your player can be placed on a team based on their skill level.

If/when spots open up, wait list players will be contacted in the order in which they registered (based on online registration date/time stamp).

For those who have not registered, you may still register online using our 2017 Player Registration Form to get your player on the wait list. You will be contacted if your player is moved from the wait list to a roster.

2010 Players can still register, but for Major T-Ball ONLY

All registrations continue to be on a first come, first served basis.

REFUNDS:

If a spot does not open up for your player before the end of the second week of play, any fees that were paid online will be refunded in full by no later than May 15th.

REP PLAYERS: 
If your player has already been selected to a Rep team, this "wait list" does not affect you. If you have not yet registered for WMBA through the website, you can still do so, but you will have to pay by cheque for these age groups.
